Hard Chrome Vs. Stainless Steel

• Stainless Steel Blades are most popular, need less care, but must be sharpened more frequently.  Recommended if regularly slicing acidic food such as tomatoes.
• Hard Chrome Blades need slightly more care, but stay sharp longer
