Savory
Savory was originally located in Lakewood, New Jersey, where it manufactured toasters for commercial kitchens. Later, the firm merged with Merco to become Merco-Savory and relocated to Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The company has discontinued its toaster line, but continues to manufacture products like fried food holding stations, modular holding cabinets, and Insta-therm warmers. While there are no new Savory toasters being made, the toasters were known for being durable, efficient, and easy to use. Since there are still many Savory toasters in use in commercial kitchens, there’s a large market for Savory toaster replacement parts.
