Comstock Castle
Comstock-Castle, a commercial stove manufacturer located in Quincy, Illinois, has spent 170 years perfecting its designs, manufacturing process, and customer service. The company produced its first stove in 1846, when Quincy Illinois was still a frontier town, and is in its sixth generation as a family business. Until the Great Depression, the firm sold both residential and commercial stoves. However, during the 1930s corporate leaders decided to specialize in designs for commercial kitchens. Today, Comstock-Castle manufactures a line of fully modular designs for commercial kitchens. Their products include ovens, burners, griddles, char broilers and cheese melters.
