Product range
Quality craftsmanship, performance and ease of use are the hallmarks of Randell products. Should they be needed, replacement parts are easy to obtain. Refrigerators and freezers are central to the product range. Choices include the popular patented FX line, plus a wide selection of both standard and custom-built chiller solutions. The company also offers display cases, prep tables, pizza hot holding cabinets, chef tables and bases, serving lines and drop-in food warmers.FX series
A patented design incorporating an insulated tub on drawer sliders is the characteristic feature of the FX series. This ground-breaking approach was awarded the Kitchen Innovation award by the National Restaurant Association in 2007. Working in conjunction with the horizontal seal, the insulated tub moves the cold along with the food to maintain temperatures more effectively. The FX series units enable temperatures to be set and maintained with great precision anywhere between -5ºF to 40ºF, revolutionizing point-of-use refrigeration and ensuring that food stays fresher longer and reducing spoilage. Even fish can be stored at the desired temperature without the need to pack it in ice. Because the drawer sliders are outside the tub and there are no working parts within the tub, the entire capacity can be utilized for product. Plus, there is no risk of the drawer sliders freezing up below 0ºF. Thoughtful design makes loading and retrieving product easy, and the tub can be quickly and easily removed for cleaning. The FX series also features quiet operation and energy saving features, making it a popular choice in a wide range of commercial kitchens.Prep tables
Prep tables increase the productivity of your chefs by supporting an assembly-line style of food preparation. Randell offers a wide range of standard prep tables, including specific options for pizza, sushi, sandwiches, salads, Mexican and chicken, plus custom-design tables for other applications. The manufacturer is the industry leader in performance-driven prep tables, supplying products to four of the five leading pizza chains in the U.S. The split heating and cooling system and thermostatic controls on the standard wrapped wall models ensure that the rail and base are kept at the correct individual temperatures, even within high-heat kitchen environments. The rail drain and clean-out valve located in the compressor housing ensure clean-up is easy, while the design features press-fit gaskets that are simple for the operator to remove and replace.Pizza hot holding cabinets
Randell has built on its industry-leading pizza prep tables with a pizza hot box that stores up to 36 large pizzas at the correct temperature prior to serving or delivery. The cool-touch exterior features double-pane urethane insulated glass doors that ensure the cabinet maintains a consistent temperature, regardless of how often it is opened. Only requiring 12 amps of power, the plug-and-play unit can utilize any 5-15 standard wall outlet, offering maximum flexibility in the layout of your kitchen.Serving lines
Designed with educational and institutional applications in mind, the Randell serving line range features interlocking serving units in a variety of finishes with customizable graphic and color panels to fit in with any design aesthetic. The range includes thermostatically controlled hot wells, mechanically cooled, ice cooled and frost tops, plus complementary units for silverware and cash registers. All units are easy to set up and tear down and can be easily configured and reconfigured in a variety of layouts to suit your cafeteria or serving area.Chef tables and bases
In 2015, Randell earned the Foodservice Equipment and Supply Overall Best in Class award for their prefabricated chef counters. The modular design and flexibility in sizing allow custom cabinets and tables to be quickly assembled, delivering exactly the components needed for your application without sacrificing ease of maintenance and availability of spare parts. These robust workhorses can hold up to 225 pounds per linear foot and can easily stand up to the high-grease and high-temperature environments of today's commercial kitchens.7 years ago
